My stay at Kingwood was a delightful experience with charming decor and a serene location. The staff was incredibly helpful, enhancing my time there immensely. Although there were some minor issues with guest service from one staff member, the beautiful amenities, such as the golf course and spa, made up for it. I would definitely return, but hope for a bit more consistency in customer service.

My recent stay at Kingwood was enjoyable, thanks to the spacious and clean rooms, lovely indoor and outdoor pool options, and the enjoyable surrounding activities like hiking and golfing. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, particularly with the breakfast service during a busy holiday weekend. The staff was mostly friendly and tried to help, but there were moments of disorganization that were a bit disappointing.
